amended by ED's memoranda to OMB of 2/6/92 and 2/14/92. Action
follows a prior ED request, which was withdrawn by ED in order to
address OMB concerns about the practical utility ofthe data. These
issues have now been resolved. -- OMB supports the data links that
ED proposes to use for collecting information on duration of rate
of competitive employment after case closure. OMB also supports
ED's proposal to collect cost data through the RSA-2 report. -- All
activities involving Phase II of this study which have not been
included as part of this package must be submitted for OMB
clearance prior to implementation.
