Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE QUESTIONNAIRES IS NEEDED BY THE SOCIA SECURITY ADMINISTRATION TO EVALUATE THE SUPPLEMENTAL SECURITY INCOME (SSI) OUTREACH PROJECT MAILING WHICH WILL TAKE PLACE IN SEPTEMBER 1990 THE AFFECTED PUBLIC WILL CONSIST OF SELECTED INDIVIDUALS WHO RECEIVED THE SSI OUTREACH LETTER BUT DID NOT RESPOND TO IT.
