Terms of Clearance: Pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act, OMB has approved for two year HRSA's Grant Program for Scholarships for the Undergraduate Education of Professional Nurses. OMB remains concerned, however, about whether the scholarship contract alone is sufficient to ensure consistent enforcement of the terms of the program. OMB will continue its dialogue with HRSA regarding policies of scholarship grant aid loan repayment programs.
