Abstract: A BRIEF TELEPHONE SURVEY WILL BE ADMINISTERED TO APPROXIMATELY 320 ORA CANCER PATIENTS OR THEIR NEXT-OF-KIN IN ORDER TO EVALUATE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN RECENT CHANGES IN TOBACCO AND ALCOHOL USE AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF SECOND PRIMARIES. USUAL ADULT PATTERNS OF USE PRIOR TO ORAL CANCER WILL ALSO BE EVALUATED.
