HAS LOST ITS EXCLUSION FROM THE INVESTMENT COMPANY ACT OF 1940
BECAUSE IT INTENDS TO MAKE A PUBLIC OFFERING AS A BUSINESS
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, BUT IS NOT READY TO FILE FORM N-54A, MAY
REMAIN EXEMPT FROM THE ACT FOR UP TO 90 DAYS IF IT FILES FROM
N-6F.
