IN 1935 AND 1952 RESPECTIVELY. THEY ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THE
COMMISSION WITH INFORMATION NECESSARY TO CARRY OUT ITS STATUTORY
MANDATED DUTIES OF ASSURING THAT DELISTINGS COMPLY WITH THE RULES
OF THE EXCHANGE AND ARE SUBJECT TO SUCH TERMS AS ARE NECESSARY FOR
THE PROTECTION OF INVESTORS.
