OR HER EARNINGS RECORD. THE INFORMATION IS USED TO CHECK AGAINST
THE RECORD MAINTAINED BY THE SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION AND, IF
NECESSARY, TO DEVELOP FOR EVIDENCE OF EARNINGS. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC
CONSISTS OF INDIVIDUALS WHO QUESTION THEIR RECORD OF
EARNINGS.
