Abstract: THE DATA IS NEEDED F THE AFDC PROGRAM TO MAKE QUARTERLY GRANT AWARDS, REVIEW STATE EXPENDITURES, PREPARE ADJUSTMENT TO GRANT AWARDS AND TO ESTABLISH BUDG ESTIMATES AND TO SERVE AS THE STATE'S ESTIMATES OF CURRENT REQUIREMENTS FOR A QUARTERLY REPORT TO CONGRESS. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC CONSISTS OF STATE AND LOCAL AGENCIES ADMINISTERING AFDC PROGRAMS.
