collection is approved through June, 1991 subject to the following
conditions: FSA must either revise this paperwork to reflect the
additional burden requirments associated with new child care
benefits as mandated by OBRA 1990, or develop a new paperwork
collection to be submitted for OMB review, under the Paperwork
Reduction Act. In addition FSA will modify lines 6 and 7 of the
form on page 3, Part 1, and Page 2, Part 3 so that they are
identical.

THE DATA IS NEEDED F THE AFDC PROGRAM
TO MAKE QUARTERLY GRANT AWARDS, REVIEW STATE EXPENDITURES, PREPARE
ADJUSTMENT TO GRANT AWARDS AND TO ESTABLISH BUDG ESTIMATES AND TO
SERVE AS THE STATE'S ESTIMATES OF CURRENT REQUIREMENTS FOR A
QUARTERLY REPORT TO CONGRESS. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC CONSISTS OF STATE
AND LOCAL AGENCIES ADMINISTERING AFDC PROGRAMS.
