EMPLOYER'S ANNUAL INFORMATION
RETURN OF TIP INCOME AND ALLOCATED TIPS - TRANSMITTAL OF EMPLOYER'S
ANNUAL INFORMATION RETURN OF TIP INCOME AND ALLOCATED TIPS
Approved through
December 1991. We continue to believe that the Internal Revenue
Service should explore the feasibility of permitting the use by
employers of one or more optional sampling alternatives for
reducing the burden of allocating tips to employees. A one-year
clearance is provided because IRS currently is required to modify a
large number of business collections to implement the 1990 tax
act.
