This set of
surveys is approved on the basis of the response information
supplied on September 25, 1990 which was omitted from the original
submission. The calculation of coverage ratios is commendable and
provided useful information for evaluating the quality of the data,
however steps should be taken to assure that accurate actual
response rates are included in future submissions for review under
the Paperwork Reduction Act. Future approvals of surveys in the CIR
series will also depend on continued diligent efforts to maintain
and enhance the survey frames.
