Terms of Clearance: These forms (ETA 8471, 8472, 8473, 8858) have been approved through February 1991 to allow collection of final information concerning the TJTC program. Because Congress has discontinued this program's funding effective in September 1990, these forms will be unnecessary. As anoth condition of approval, the agency should allow electronic reporting of the information requested in these forms.
