Abstract: MORTGAGE PROGRAMS REQUIRE THAT A FINAL ENDORSEMENT, THE MORTGAGER AND GENERAL CONTRACTOR CERTIFY TO UNPAID OBLIGATIONS OR OURSTANDING LIENS CONTRACTED IN CONNECTION WITH MORTGAGE TRANSACTION. IN ADDITION, HUD USES THE FORM TO ENSURE THAT APPROVED FUNDS ARE NOT EXCEEDED.
