PREVIOUSLY BANNED PESTICIDE, WAS RE-APPROVED FOR USE IN A NEW
DELIVERY MECHANISM, THE TOXIC COLLAR. TO MONITOR THE USE,
EFFECTIVENESS AND ANY HAZARDS RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE TOXIC
COLLARS, THE EPA REQUIRES APPLICATORS 1080 MANUFACTURERS AND
REGISTER STATES TO MAINTAIN RECORDS AND REPORT UNDER THIS
COLLECTION.
