Abstract: A DOMESTIC CORPORATION AND ITS SHAREHOLDERS MUST ELECT TO BE AN INTERE CHARGE DOMESTIC INTERNATIONAL SALES CORPORATION (IC-DISC). FORM 4876A IS USED TO MAKE THE ELECTION. THE FORM PROVIDES IRS WITH INFORMATION TO DETERMINE THAT THE CORPORATION QUALIFIES TO BE AN INTEREST CHARGE DISC, THE NUMBER OF SHAREHOLDERS, AND THE TAX YEAR OF THE CORPORATION AND ITS PRINCIPAL SHAREHOLDERS.
