FEMALES AGES 65+. THIS REQUEST IS FO THE PRETESTING AND FIELDING OF
SURVEYS TO ASSESS MAMMOGRAPHY USAGE BEFORE AND AFTER THIS BENEFIT
TAKES EFFECT, IN ORDER TO DETERMINE ITS IMPACT AND TO ASSESS OTHER
BARRIERS TO MAMMOGRAPHY USE WHICH MAY EXIST IN THIS
POPULATION.
