This OMB number
provides PRA approval for the following information collection
documents: 1. SF X028, SF X029, SF X030, SF X031, SF X032, SF X033
2. TSP Service Vendor Handbook 3. TSP Service User Manual 4. NCS
Directive 3-1 As agreed upon by OMB and NCS, the Directive will be
changed to reflec an additional statement at the beginning of the
Appendix A: Definition which shall read: "FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS
DIRECTIVE:". NOTE: While NCS submitted this as eight different
SF-83 packages, I am pulling all of the forms into one clearance. I
don't think it necessary to have a separate clearance for each form
-- it would be confusing as more than one form goes with each
manual/handbook.
