THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ON CLIENT
SATISFACTION WITH SOCIAL SECURI SERVICES IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE THE
EFFECT OF STAFF REDUCTIONS, PRODUCTIVITY AND MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT
INITIATIVES ON CLIENTS. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO IDENTIFY
AREAS WHERE IMPROVEMENTS IN SERVICE DELIVERY ARE NECESSARY TO
MAINTAIN SSA'S HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE TO THE PUBLIC.
