Abstract: OSERS/OSEP PROVIDES A FREE LOAN SERVI OF CAPTIONED FILMS/VIDEOS FOR THE EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL, AND RECREATIONAL ADVANCEMENT OF INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE DEAF. ELIGIBLE PARTIE MUST APPLY FOR SUCH SERVICES THROUGH ED FORM 926, USER FEEDBACK FORM (ED 926-2) IS USED TO EVALUATE THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE LOAN PROGRA THE FEEDBACK FORM REQUEST ATTENDANCE AND CIRCULATION DATA.
