CHEMICALS/MACHINES TO NOTIFY THE DEA 15 DAYS PRI TO SHIPMENT.
INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO PREVENT SHIPMENTS NOT INTEND FOR
LEGITIMATE PURPOSES.
