Approved for 30
days. The Department has failed to respond to OMB's inquiries
regarding changes in the information collection requirements under
the new rent increase budget worksheet and spreadsheet. Upon
resubmission of this information collection for OMB review, the
Department must specify the precise changes in information
collection requirements that will result from the use of the new
system and must provide a justification for these changes that will
satisfy the requirements at 5 CFR 1320.4(b). Failure to provide
this information will result in the disapproval of the new
requirements. In addition, the Department's request to decrease the
burden associated with the rent increase information collection is
not granted. The new requirements appear to be more burdensome than
the requirements being replaced.
