This ICR is for
the proposed food additive regulations. It is approve until the
existing tolerance requirements expire in May 1989 when the
incremental burden of this rule (est. -11,055) shall be incorporat
into that package. EPA shall submit an Information Collection
Workshe (ICW) for the burden reduction when the final rule is
promulgated unle changes to the rule further modify the information
requirements, in which case, the ICR would need to be amended and
resubmitted for OMB review.
