CFR 1320 and the Paperwork Reduction Act, this ICR is cleared for
three years. When EPA resubmits this ICR or when the NSPS is
reviewed a thorough explination is needed for why the phosphate
industry is required to daily record the amount of P2O5
stored.

FERTILIZER PLANTS MUST NOTIFY EPA OF ANY NEW CONSTRUCTION OR
MODIFICATIONS, AS WELL AS OF STARTUPS, SHUT-DOWNS AND ANY
MALFUNCTIONS. THEY MUST ALSO NOTIFY EPA OF THE DATES AND RESUL OF
INITIAL PERFORMANCE TESTS INVOLVING POLLUTION CONTROL TECHNOLOGIES.
