Abstract: THE RECRUITING INCENTIVES SURVEY, WILL MEASURE THE ATTITUDES OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS TOWARDS AN ARRAY OF ACTUAL OR POSSIBLE ARMY RECRUITING INCENTIVES AND CAREER OPPORTUNITIES USING A METHODOLOGY WHICH CAN DETERMINE QUANTITATIVELY THE MAGNITUDE OF THE IMPORTANCE OF THE INCENTIVE.
