This collection
is approved for use under OMB control number 2106-0030 through
12/31/88 by which time OST shall have reassessed the need for the
filing of certificates of insurance in light of the alternativ
available: requiring air taxis simply to post their certificate and
make such a certificate available upon inspection. Such an
alternate compliance method would be similar to ones used by other
DOT modes in ensuring compliance with other insurance requirements.
In its resub mission, OST should address this concern, and provide
the basis for the burden estimate.
