Abstract: ALL COMMERCIAL AM, FM AND TV STATIONS ARE REQUIRED TO FILE FCC 302 WHE APPLYING FOR A LICENSE FOR A NEW BROADCAST STATION, WHENEVER THE MEASUREMENTS IN AN ANTENNA SYSTEM INDICATE THAT THE ANTENNA COMMON POI RESISTANCE DIFFERS FROM THAT SHOWN ON THE STATION AUTHORIZATION AND WHEN A MODIFICATION IS MADE TO THE TRANSMISSION SYSTEM. THE DATA IS REVIEWED BY COMMISSION PERSONNEL FOR CONFORMANCE WITH APPLICANT'S OUSTANDING PERMIT, AND FCC RULES, PRECEDENT AND POLICY.
