Abstract: THE TARGETED OUTREACH DEMONSTRATION PROJECT DATA INSTRUMENT IS DESIGNED TO OBTAIN INFORMATION ON INTRAVENOUS DRUG USE, AND SEXUAL BEHAVIORS OF POPULATIONS AT HIGH RISK OF AIDS AND TO TEST THE EFFECTIVENESS OF COMMUNITY-BASED OUTREACH AND INTERVENTION STRATEGIES IN REDUCING THE SPREAD OF AIDS AMONG IV DRUG ABUSERS, THEIR SEXUAL PARTNERS, AND PROSTITUTES.
