THAT IS MORE FREQUENT THAN CURRENTLY PROVIDED IN REGULATION IS
DISAPPROVED EXCEPT FOR THE QUARTERLY SIGNIFICANT NON-COMPLIANCE
(FORM 7520-2B). EPA SHALL DEVELOP DECISION CRITERIA TO DETERMINE
THE APPROPRIATENESS OF SHORTER REPORTING PERIODS FOR UIC AS WELL AS
OTHER ACTIVITIES IN THE OFFICE OF DRINKING WATER BEFORE ALTERNATIVE
REPORTING PERIODS ARE SUGGESTED. EPA SHALL ALSO EXAMINE THE NEED
FOR LANDOWNER NOTIFICATION AS A REQUIREMENT OF THE PERMITTING
PROCESS AND DETERMINE IF THE PERMITTING REGULATIONS SHOULD BE
MODIFIED
