Abstract: THE COMMUNITY DISASTER LOAN PROGRAM AN ASPECT OF THE DISASTER RELIEF ACT OF 1974, PUBLIC LAW 93-288, OFFERS LOANS TO DISASTER AFFECTED LOCA GOVERNMENTS WITH THE POSSIBILITY THAT ALL OR PART OF THE LOAN COULD BE CANCELLED. BASIC AUTHORITIES ARE CONTAINED IN SECTION 414, P.L. 93-288 AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS 44 CFR 205 SUBPART F.
