THE DOCUMENT IS SUBMITTED ANNUALLY AND PROVIDES GSLB UPDATED INFORMATION OF THE LENDER LOAN PORTFOLIO. IT IS ALSO USE TO DETERMINE THE AMOUNT THAT THE LENDER CAN BILL FOR INTEREST IN THE NEXT QUARTER.
