Abstract: THE RESPONDENTS ARE THE 57 STATE AGENCIES ON AGING. THE INTENT OF THE COLLECTION IS TO DETERMINE THE LEVEL OF STATE SUPPORT REQUIRED FOR THE NEXT FISCAL YEAR. THE NEED FOR THIS INFORMATION IS ESTABLISHED IN P.L. 98-459, SECTION 309(C) AND 45 CFR 1321.53.
