Abstract: THE CERTIFICATION OF PROJECT COSTS IS REQUIRED OF COLLEGE HOUSING LOAN PROGRAM AND THE THREE ACADEMIC FACILITIES PROGRAMS RECIPIENTS IN ORDER TO CERTIFY TO ALL THE COSTS INCURRED BY THE SUBSIDIZED PROJECT. THE PURPOSE OF THE DATA COLLECTIO IS TO DETERMINE ELIGIBLE COSTS UNDER THESE PROGRAMS. THE RESPONDENTS ARE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
