COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED IN REGS. THAT IMPLEMENT THE
MAJORITY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT
AMENDMENTS OF 1984
THE INFORMATION COLLECTED IS NEEDED
AND USED TO DETERMINE THE NATURE AND SCOPE OF THE STATE IV-D
PROGRAM AND THE ACTIVITIES AND FUNCTIONS THE STATE WILL PERFORM.
THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF ABSENT PARENT CUSTODIAL PARENTS
AND OTHER INDIVIDUALS.
