Abstract: THE ENDOWMENT GRANT PROGRAM CONSISTS OF MATCHING GRANTS TO INSTITUTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION WHICH THEY, IN TURN, INVEST IN LOW-RISK SECURITIES FOR 20 YEARS. GRANTEES, ON THIS FORM, WOULD ESSENTIALLY REPORT TO THE GOVERNMENT WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THEIR INVESTMENT AND WHAT THEY HAVE DONE WITH THE RETURN ON THE INVESTMENT.
