OF ITS ACTIONS. FIRMS WISHING TO MARKET NEW PRODUCTS REGULATED BY
FDA MUST SUBMIT APPLICATIONS REQUESTING APPROVAL. CERTAIN
APPLICATIONS MUST CONTAIN ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION FOR DETERMINING
WHETHER THE PROPOSED ACTION WILL HAVE A SIGNIFICANT ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT.
