Abstract: AFILIATED MARKSMANSHIP CLUBS ARE ISSUED GOVERNMENT-OWNED MATERIAL IN SUPPORT OF THE ARMY PROGRAM. BASED UPON MEMBERSHIP AND CLUB ACTIVITIE CLUBS ARE PROVIDED WITH REQUESTED SUPPLIES TO PROMOTE MARKSMANSHIP TRAINING. STATISTICS ARE COLLECTED IN ORDER TO SUPPLY INFORMATION TO THE DIRECTOR FOR CONGRESSIONAL AND BUDGETARY ACTIONS.
