Abstract: THE SPECIFIC INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIREMENTS INCLUDED IN SECTION 548.10 OF THE PROPOSED REGULATIONS IS MANDATED IN SECTION 732 OF PUB. L. 98.511 - THE BILINGUAL EDUCATION ACT OF 1984. THE DATA COLLECTED WILL BE SUBMITTED TO OBEMLA FOR USE AS A FUNDING DECISION TOOL. THE RESPONDENTS WILL COMPRISE ALL STATE EDUCATION AGENCIES THAT APPLY FOR ASSISTANCE.
