MAKE NET EFFECTIVENESS STATEMENTS REGARDING THE PWI PROGRAM IN ITS
FEBRUARY 1986 REPORT TO CONGRESS AND WILL SUBMIT TH PROPOSED REPORT
TO OMB FOR REVIEW PRIOR TO SUBMISSION TO CONGRESS.

EVALUATION OF THE PROJECTS WITH INDUSTRY (PWI) PROGRAM AND A REPORT
TO CONGRESS BY FEB. 1, 1986. ALL PWI PROJECTS AND A SAMPLE OF PWI
PARTICIPANTS AND EMPLOYERS WILL BE SURVEYED TO EVALUATE THE
OPERATIONS AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PWI PROGR IN ASSISTING PERSONS
WITH DISABILITIES TO OBTAIN COMPETITIVE EMPLOYMEN
