Abstract: THE SVR IS THE FORM WHICH ED USES TO COLLECT ADJUSTMENTS OR CORRECTION TO DATA ORIGNIALLY REPORTED ON STUDENT AID REPORTS, AND TO OBTAIN INSTITUTIONAL VERTIFICATION OF FUNDS ACTUALLY DISBURSED TO EACH PELL GRANT RECIPIENT. THE DEPARTMENT USES THIS DATA TO MAKE END-OF-YEAR ADJUSTMENTS TO THE AUTHORIZATION OF PELL GRANT FUNDS. AFFECTED PUBLIC POSTSECONDARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS PARTICIPATING IN THE PELL GRANT PROGRAM.
