This paperwork
request is cleared for use for one year. By 3/31/85, the CPSC
should have reassessed the paperwork burden of these standard as a
result of the review of 16 cfr 1630 and 1631 under the Regulatory
Flexibility Act. Comments concerning flexibility in the testing and
recordkeeping requirements imposed by these standards be submitted
to OMB as part of the next request for approval's supporting
statement. This conditional requirment is similar to previous
clearances granted to this request.

ISSUE A GUARANTY OF COMPLIANCE WITH THE STANDARDS.
