Abstract: ORGANIZATIONAL STATEMENT DESCRIBES WHAT THE FIRE BRIDGE IS EXPECTED TO DO, AND WILL HELP EMPLOYEES UNDERSTAND THEIR DUTIES AS FIRE BRIGADE MEMBERS. IT WILL ALSO INFORM COMPLIANCE OFFICERS OF THE TYPE OF FIREFIGHTING WHICH WILL BE PERFORMED AND IF THE LEVEL OF TRAINING IS CONSISTENT WITH THAT TYPE OF FIREFIGHTING.
