REQUIREMENTS UNDER TITLE XX OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT, THE SOCIAL
SERVICES BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM (SSBG), SPECIFICALLY SECTION 2004 AND
2006
UNDER P.L. 97-35 A STATE PARTICIPATING
IN THE SOCIAL SERVICES BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM MUST PREPARE AND SUBMIT
TO THE SECRETARY TWO SEPARATE REPORTS: ONE ANNUALLY ON THE INTENDED
USE OF FUNDS (SECTION 2004) AND THE OTHER AT LEAST BIENNIALLY ON
ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT WITH FUNDS (SECTION 2006).
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
