Abstract: P.L. 90-602, 21 CFR PARTS 1020, 1030, 1040, AND 1050 HAS INCREASED THE DEMAND FOR SAMPLE PRODUCTS. THE PROCEDURE HAS BEEN TO HAVE THE MANUFACTURER SEND A SAMPLE UPON REQUEST. UNDER THIS PROGRAM A GOVERNMENT REPRESENTATIVE WILL SELECT AND FORWARD THE PRODUCT AT GOVERNMENT EXPENSE. HAVING DECIDED WHICH MODEL IS DESIRED, THE LOCATION FROM WHICH THE SELECTION SI TO BE MADE MUST BE KNOWN. (SEE ATTACHED FORM FDA 2767).
