Abstract: THIS SURVEY WILL PROVIDE DATA THAT WILL ENABLE THE PHS TO ESTABLISH BASELINE MEASURES AND MONITOR PROGRESS TOWARD A SERIES OF HEALTH PROMOTION/DISEASE PREVENTION OBJECTIVES RELATED TO STRESS. COLLECTION WILL BEGIN ON OR ABOUT OCTOBER 1, 1983 AND END ON OR ABOUT NOVEMBER 15 1983. AFFECTED PUBLIC IS THAT OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE RESIDING IN TELEPHONE HOUSEHOLDS.
