THE NIH CONSENSUS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
IS AIMED AT ASSESSING EMERGING BIOMEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES AND
DISSEMINATING THE FINDINGS TO PRACTITIONER THIS STUDY IS AIMED AT
EVALUATING THE EFFECTS OF THIS PROGRAM ON PHYSICIANS' KNOWLEDGE AND
PRACTICE. THE RESULTS WILL BE USED IN DETERMINING THE MOST
EFFECTIVE METHODS TO TRANSMIT SUCH INFORMATION.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
