Abstract: THE CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS FOR NURSING AND HEALTH PROFESSION CONTINUE TO USE THIS FORM TO MONITOR SPACE UTILIZATION IN THE PORTION OF THE TEACHING FACILITY WHICH RECEIVED FEDERAL ASSISTANCE. ANNUAL ENROLLMENT REPORTS CONTINUE TO BE REQUIRED OF THE NURSING SCHOOLS ALTHOUGH THEY ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED OF HEALTH PROFESSIONS SCHOOLS.
