(1) Approval is
granted for three years with the understanding that earlier review
of this action may be required i.e., OMB may withdraw approval if
further information indicates a need to do so. (2) Not later than
December 31, 1983, EPA is requested to provide a detailed
description of its process for reviewing and approving information
collections contained in technical and financial progress reports
including written procedures, criteria for review, delegations and
lines of authority. (3) This approval is intended to cover all
technical and financial progress reports including both currently
ongoing and new activities over the next three years.

PROGRESS MADE UNDER EPA CONTRACTS. THE REPORTS ALSO PROVIDE AN
ACCOUNTING OF COSTS INCURRED AND COSTS TO BE INCURRED IN COMPLETING
THE PROJECT WHEREAS, P&CMD REQUIRED SEPARATE REPORTS ON THESE
TWO MONTHS, THEY ARE NOW COMBINED INTO ONE REPORT.
