THIS RULE CHANGES THE REQUIRED
MEMBERSHIP VOTE TO PLACE A FEDERAL CRED UNION INTO VOLUNTARY
LIQUIDATION. THE RULE ONLY AFFECTS THOSE FEDERAL CREDIT UNIONS THAT
DECIDE TO PLACE THE QUESTION OF LIQUIDATION TO THE MEMBERSHIP. THE
RULE SETS FORTH THE PROCEDURES TO BE USED IN THE LIQUIDATION AND
REQUIRED REPORTS SUBMITTED TO THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR TO
SUPPORT/CERTIFY THAT THE LIQUIDATION HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED
PROPERLY
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that

1320.8(b)(3).
