Abstract: TITLE VII OF THE ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION ACT AUTHORIZES MULTI-YEAR GRANT AWARDS SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS ON THE ACT AND GOVERNING REGULATIONS. THE PROPOSED DATA COLLECTION REQUESTS BUDGET INFORMATION FOR THE NEXT BUDGET PERIOD AND REQUESTS APPLICANTS TO PRESENT EVIDENCE OF COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL REQUIREMENTS TO ESTABLISH THEIR ELIGIBILITY FOR CONTINUED ASSISTANCE.
