Abstract: A SERIES FO AMENDMENTS TO THE GENERAL GUARANTEED LOAN PROGRAM REGULATIONS ARE PROPOSED IN ORDER TO CORRECT COSTLY OMISSIONS IN REVIEWING APPLICATIONA AND SERVICING EXISTING LOANS. THE CHANGES WILL PROVIDE A MORE EFFECTIVE PROGRAM AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LOANS GUARANTEED. BY BEING MOE DESCRIPTIVE THE PUBLIC WILL BETTER UNDERSTAN THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT AND THIS SHOULD REDUCE TIME SPENT COMPLETING THE REQUIRED PAPERS.
