Abstract: THE STATE PLAN IS A COMPREHENSIVE STATEMENT SUBMITTED BY THE STATE AGENCY TO SSA DESCRIBING THE NATURE AND SCOPE OF ITS TITLE IV-A PROGRA & GIVING ASSURANCE THAT THE PROGRAM WILL BE ADMINISTERED IN CONFORMITY WITH IV-A OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT, PERTINENT TO FEDERAL REGULATIONS & OFFICIAL SSA ISSUANCES. THE STATE PLAN CONTAINS ALL INFORMATION NECESSARY FOR SSA TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE PLAN OR PARTS THEREOF ARE APPROVABLE AS A BASIS FOR FED. FINANCIAL PARTICIPATION IN THE AFDC PGM
